Epi #48. How to Overcome Reactivity as A Mom with ADHDFeb 21, 2023
🙋🏻♀️ Hi, Cycle Breakers! Today’s episode is part 1 of a coaching session with Erin. She’s a widowed mom of 3 young children, one of whom is Autistic, and she has ADHD.
💡 Parenting is hard and getting overstimulated is all too easy, especially for neurodivergent parents. Listen to me coach Erin through her grief and limiting beliefs that stem from her childhood, so she can realize the influences that shaped her into who she is today and be encouraged to develop a new, healthier mindset that’ll empower her on her parenting journey.
🥰 Over the years, I’ve had the great honor and privilege to coach hundreds of parents through their most challenging parenting obstacles. It’s a transformative process that’s always awe-inspiring and never ceases to amaze me!
- Identifying limiting thoughts and where they originate from
- Acknowledging and giving space to all the emotions that come with grief
- Understanding the root of our reactivity
- What keeps us reactive?
